Michael has nearly 30 years of senior management
experience in private, public, and P.E. –backed companies.
Prior to joining Park ‘N Fly as CFO in 2009, Deaderick served
as Executive CFO and COO of WPP’s Studiocom. He has also
held senior finance and technology roles at Omnicom,
MATCH, and National Equipment Services (NES), a PEbacked roll-up which went public at in 1998.

Deaderick holds a BA from the University of the South
(Sewanee) and received an MBA from Georgia State
University.
