Vice President of Human Resources / Principal

Barbara Moore Dickon joined the team in January 2019 and is the Vice President of Human Resources. Moore has more than three decades of experience as a human resources generalist, including 20 years overseeing all aspects of multi-state HR operations.

Prior to Park ‘N Fly, Moore held senior leadership roles within the technology and legal worlds, as well as other professional-service industries. She graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Moore has been a member of the Georgia Special Olympics’ Board of Directors since 2022.  Barbara is a fund investor.
